Donna's Appearance: Donna is a humanoid female. She has medium length fiery ginger hair, brown eyes, she is 5’8” and she has a normal build for her height.
Donna's Personality: Donna is fiery, loud, stubborn and independent. She is not afraid to speak her mind and she can be quite off putting in terms of mannerisms. Despite outward appearances Donna can also be quite compassionate.
Donna's Canon Info: Donna was the Tenth Doctor’s full time companion throughout season four. She first encountered the Doctor during the 2006 Christmas Special ‘The Runaway Bride’ where she was accidently teleported onto the TARDIS just as she was walking down the aisle. It was later discovered that her arrival on the TARDIS was due to her being constantly doused with huon particles, an energy source that hadn’t been used in billions of years, by her fiance Lance who had secretly beeen serving the Empress of the Racnoss. After her initial distrust of the Doctor, Donna agreed to help him and they were able to stop the Racnoss together. Once the Doctor returned her home, he extended the offer for her to join him as a companion but she turned it down as she had been alarmed by the way that he had brutually murdered the Racnoss children. Before he left Donna did urge him to find someone as he needed a person with him to act as a moral compass.
It wasn’t long after that, that Donna began to regret her decision to knock back the Doctor’s offer. She became disinterested with her normal life and after the wonders that she had seen with the Doctor, nothing in her life compared with it. She desperately began searching for him, hoping that she would have a chance to take up the offer to travel with him.
She was eventually reunited with him when she began investigating Adipose Industries where she told him that she regretted not taking up his offer. Once they were able to stop Miss Foster’s plans for turning all of London into Adipose, she became the Doctor’s full time companion. Donna was different to the Doctor’s previous two companions, Martha Jones and Rose Tyler, as she had explicitly told him that she had no romantic interest in him.
Throughout her adventures with the Doctor, Donna encountered the Racnoss, the Adipose, the Pyroviles, the Ood, the Sontarans, the Hath, Vespiforms, the Vashta Nerada, the Judoon and the Daleks.
In the finale of Season Four, following the Doctor’s use of his severed hand as a store for unused energy from his aborted regeneration process, Donna touched the hand and a ‘biological metacrises’ took place resulting in the creation of a new half human Doctor and Donna herself becoming part Time Lord. As Donna was still human she was unable to cope with a Time Lord mind and the Doctor was forced to wipe all of her memories of him and thus turning her back into the person she was before she met him, despite her pleas for him not to, and returned her home. He warned her grandfather and mother that if she were to remember anything of his travels with him then she would burn up.
Donna's Milieux Canon Info: Donna is coming to Milieux roughly three weeks after her first encounter with the Doctor in 'The Runaway Bride'. The reason for this is because even though she told the Doctor that she wanted to travel and see the world, after seeing the wonders of the universe she was unable to find anything to compare what she had seen in the brief time that she knew the Doctor. Donna is arriving in Milieux after a failed attempt to travel to Egypt, she was meant to stay for a two week holiday and left after only one week and at this stage she has not fully regretted her decision to turn back the Doctor's offer to travel with him in his TARDIS.
